Can't Wait Wednesday

Can't Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted at http://www.wishfulendings.com/ to spotlight and discuss books we're excited about but haven't read, which may not even be released yet.

Ryan Martin decides to take his wife, Alexa, and his five-year-old daughter, Lucia, to a lake house in Pennsylvania for a vacation. Before they can reach their destination, the family is stopped by a group of teenage troublemakers led by the fearsome Caden Clark. The confrontation ends in tragedy.

Two years later, Ryan and Alexa visit Caden and his family in hopes of exacting their revenge. At the Clarks' house, however, they discover a sinister a secret...

I usually like these revenge horror/thrillers and this authors books in general look good. I featured one last week as well. This was released on August 3rd so I plan to grab it quickly!

  2. Yes, go grab it so I can hear your thoughts. I KNOW I'd have trouble reading this one though because the guy's name is Caden Clark and our local hospital is Camden Clark and I would end up calling him that all the time! It does sound interesting though!

  9. The cover didn't really grab me, but the description did. It's just vague enough to make me think up of all kinds of dread-inducing scenarios...
