  1. If you don't mind me asking, how many blogs DO you follow? Not comment back on, I mean, but regularly follow? I ask because I like numbers (if you couldn't tell from last Roundup post) and am just nosy too :-)

And another numbers question. I was scrolling down here and saw your GR challenge numbers. You too seem to be on track, so congrats on that! But also, you dropped things down to 150 instead of 200 like previous years. What caused that decision? Did you know something was going to be different this year?

Thanks for putting up with the nosiness :-D

    1. I'm always happy to answer questions so ask away! I follow about 50 and comment on about 26-30 of them. Some I comment on once a week, others almost daily. I'd like to find more horror and creature feature fans out there!

Yeah I had to change the challenge number on GR. I had that dreadful reading slump during April/May and read very little and ended up 17 books behind so I started reading short stories and prequels to catch up-but I never did! I realised if I changed down to 150 target I could end up ahead of my target, forget the less important short reads, and concentrate on reading actual books that I want to rather than playing catchup with short books for the sake of it, if that makes sense and it's working! I feel happier now that I'm back reading my 200 page horrors and stuff and if all goes great, I might even reach the 200 by the end of the year! No pressure if I don't though!

Happy to answer so don't be shy!

    2. I hope you found some 5 star reads. This post will reappear every season but we're switching off on bloggers because of the work it involved. I'm safe until next Spring, lol.

    3. I'm always happy to hear about new horror books to try. I used to be members of a lot of Goodreads groups which kept me up to date on authors to try but I got tired of all the group emails that I had no way to stop!
