  1. I heard about this. My dogs don’t eat wet food, but it’s sad for people whose pets have gotten sick from it.

    1. It's scary to see the whole list of products on the list. I hope everyone else out there with faithful hounds is safe too.

  2. Unbelievable. The big recall is due to a euthanasia drug being found in the food. That means they are likely using downed animals as a protein source. So disturbing and terrible. Bailey's my only dog so I buy him premium foods now but when I was young and broke I had to buy my first dog this brand of food. Thanks for posting, Chuckles.

    1. I'm relieved to know that Bailey is safe. I was worried as so many of you have dogs! It's horrible to think that people who earn less could be losing their faithful friends to something like this.

  3. My dog loves canned gravy train. I noticed it was gone off of the shelves. He's so picky and won't eat most other canned brands. I have him on dry food with soft bits. I checked his Kibbles & Bits and it's not the one mentioned but I still threw it out. Thanks for sharing this!!!

    1. That is so worrying. You just can't believe that these pet food suppliers would do something so dangerous. I'm glad to be able to pass on the info just in case.

  6. Thanks for sharing this. My Mom sent me this last week but I don't think it can be shared too much. Rest assured, your doggy nephews haven't eaten any of this!
