Puppy Love Challenge

This challenge is hosted by the lovely Barb over at http://bookertsfarm.blogspot.com/. It runs for the whole of February and all you have to do is read at least one book featuring a dog or cat, or a book where there is a dog or cat on the cover! Easy! Then do a wrap up post at the end of the month and link it to your book reviews so everyone can see what you thought of your books!

Last month I read Cruel Candy, Booked 4 Murder, Breakdown and A skeleton in the family. I DNFed The Dog and both Ryan Casey books. I didn't get round to A taste fur murder or Unexpected World.

  1. You knocked quite a few off your list. Sorry the Ryan Casey books didn't work for you. Hope to see you again next year! Also, I just added the link up. Good luck!

    1. It was all a bit of a mad panic at the end of the month! I usually have books with dogs on my apocalypse shelf so I should be in there again next year!

  3. Booked 4 Murder is such a fun cozy! It's a great series and definitely a good choice for a book with a dog! I'm curious about A Skeleton in the Family. I've come across this series before but have never read it.

    1. Booked 4 Murder was fun and I've got the next three books ready-it might be next year's Puppy Love before I get to them!

  4. I didn't get to near as many books as I'd planned. Need to do my wrap up post.

    1. The cozy mysteries I picked out were all decent reads this time so that worked out well.

  6. I like this challenge! I mean, you can read any kind of genre as long as it has a cat or dog on the cover. That makes it so accessible.
I don't think I've ever read a cozy mystery but they seem to be incredibly popular at the moment!

    1. I use the challenge as an excuse to dig out dog books especially those not in my comfort zone! Sadly I ran out of time this year.

    1. I ran out of time for this challenge which is a pity. Maybe we'll both have better luck next year!
