Horror Authors I Really Must Try #5
I have got a TON of horror books and a lot of them are new-to-me
authors that I really want to try. Some no doubt are better known than
others but I've decided to give them all a shout out by showing some of
their work here. All books shown are books I own! This is the final part of the series.
Horror in the Woods, The Ritual, Chills...all of these look good. Seems like I've got a lot of new authors to try now, too. :D
ReplyDeleteI had no idea I had so many untried authors waiting on me! It's exciting but a bit overwhelming when I look at the numbers! I need to start with the paperbacks I think, in the hope of sending a few to charity shops!
DeleteI hope you get a chance to read all of them at some point.
ReplyDeleteI do intend to read every one of them but of course, intending isn't the same as actually doing! Once I finish my Harry Potter re-read I hope I can lose myself in a bit of horror...
DeleteI haven't read any of these but I know that I own They Feed, The Terror, and Kill Creek. I hope you enjoy all of these!
ReplyDeleteThey Feed looks so good and it's one of my favourite horror scenarios. I can't believe I haven't read it yet to be honest. I want to get my reading on track and attack a pile of these horror books...
Deletelook at all those great covers. :-) i see a few familiar names and a whole lot of new ones. thanks for sharing

They all look so good don't they! I'm longing to read them but concentration and motivation still seem to be lacking at the moment. I'm hoping that will improve over the summer. I hope a few new ones are calling your name...
DeleteOf those pictured, I've read They Feed, Chills, Kill Creek, Dracul. All great books. I thinky you'd really like the first two.
ReplyDeleteOoh lovely! They Feed has always looked great to me! Dracul might turn out to be too slow if it is in the style of the original Dracula but I'll give it a try anyway. I'll be going for paperbacks first so Chills will be high on that list.
DeleteI've enjoyed several of these and now I'm off to check out some of the new to me ones. Great list!
ReplyDeleteSo many great sounding books in the near future for me if I get my reading mojo back!
