    Ha, that honest review requests link was great. Just goes to show that there should be a buffer between writer and reviewer :-)

      I don't get why these people choose to tell you downright lies about their team being in touch! I know every book review request that comes to my email! It was a good post.

    I get so many review requests addressed to “Dear Sir.” Review requests wouldn’t go so wrong if authors did a tiny bit of research before they sent them.

      I hate that! I also hate when I'm sent a request as part of a group email! I used to get a lot of requests for genres I just don't read and it bugged me that the authors didn't even check my Goodreads profile where I say what I like and don't like!

    I loved Erica's honest review request post! Too funny. I loved Carole's post too. I'm in the middle of listening to The Widow and completely agreed with her review.

      Some authors can be pretty lazy about sending requests and don't take a few minutes to check the name and interests of the reader which annoys me!
