Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish
in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of
2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to
bring bookish friends together. http://www.thatartsyreadergirl.com/top-ten-tuesday/

I had to laugh when I saw this week's topic as I've added about 200 books onto my TBR over the last week so I have plenty to pick from!
1) John Lee Schneider-Age Of Monsters
Dinosaurs v Sharks? I just had to add this one...
2) Jenny Lawson-Furiously Happy
I've heard good things about this non fiction offering.
3) Tim Ross-Why The Tories Won
This is one of the many political books I'm looking forward to reading.
4) Kira Jane Buxton-Hollow Kingdom
Apocalypse and a pet crow...I'm intrigued!
5) TW Gallier-Total Apocalypse series
New zombies to try!
6) Ilona Andrews-Kate Daniels
I read and liked book one when it came out but never continued with the series.
7) Jon Athan books
I'm uploading a real pile of his horror novellas to enjoy!
8) Enid Blyton
I'm going to be re-reading some old favourites.
9) LL Akers-SHTF
I love a good apocalypse series and hope this is one of them!
10) Jon Athan-Cannibal Jungle
What's not to love about cannibals in a jungle hunting people!

I really hope you enjoy Hollow Kingdom as well as the Kate Daniels books. So many good books to get to!
ReplyDeleteDoing the TBR add-on has reminded me how many amazing looking books I have to choose from! It's going to be exciting to start tackling them!
DeleteI haven't read the Ilona Andrews-Kate Daniels series but I might at some point.
ReplyDeleteI read the first one and gave it three stars but I don't think I was in the right mood for it so I always intended to come back and give it another try!
DeleteYes for new zombies! :) And jungle cannibals haha
ReplyDeleteIt's always a happy day to realise you have lots of new zombies and cannibals to try!
DeleteI've heard Hollow Kingdom is really good; I'm looking forward to reading that one myself.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping that I enjoy it as much as everyone else has...
DeleteEnid Blyton and Ilona Andrews are both authors I'm hoping to read this year.
ReplyDeleteI had such a good time with Enid Blyton as a kid that I just have to go back to them and get them reviewed!
DeleteI remember when the Jenny Lawson book came out. It had really good buzz. I am impressed by how much non-fiction you read. I allergic to it, and it's awesome that you are revisiting your childhood books
ReplyDeleteI#m much more into non fiction now than I have been for many years...just as well when I have so much of it to read! It should be fun to revisit Enid Blyton and also things like The Black Stallion again!
DeleteOkay, these look like some pretty cool books! Cannibals, Dinosaurs vs. Sharks, and Kate Daniels. So much to love!
ReplyDeleteI'm finding it very exciting just looking at everything I'm adding and wondering where to start!
DeleteI have Age Of Monsters on my list already. It sounds wild. I'm going to check out some of these other ones.
ReplyDeleteI've been pretty much working all week on my add-on posts which are taking ages to construct but just wait until I get stuck into all these bad boys!!!
DeleteThat would certainly be a good thing! Fingers crossed!
ReplyDeletedinosaurs vs sharks. that one really got my attention. sounds like one of the b movies i love so much. lol
ReplyDeletesherry @ fundinmental
It sounds like it will be a bit mad doesn't it!
DeleteIlona Andrews super fan is me! They're one of the few authors that I LOVE everything they write (I've read it all and it's true, I love it). I hope you enjoy the Kate Daniels series. :)
ReplyDeleteI hope my recent meh reaction to urban fantasy in general won't be a killer for my enjoyment of this series. That's my worry!
