    DNF'ing a book or series is one those disciplines that too many readers seem to lack.

    Wouldn't it be funny if someone created a Book Olympics? :-D

      A Book Olympics would be an interesting concept! It would make a good subject for a book tag...I shall ponder on this!

    The post about continuing to read a series has me intrigued. I never could understand reviewers who complain like made about a book, but still say they'll automatically buy its sequel.

      That doesn't make sense to me either! When I read a series opener, the author has the duration of that book to make me want to read the rest of the series. If he/she fails to do so, I quit the series with no regrets!
