I have a huge collection of bookmarks and my furry children have agreed to model a few for you guys! Some of my favourites aren't included here as they are the type where you tilt them to see a second image and they did not photograph well so I couldn't include them. The photos aren't great because of the light in my bedroom, sorry!

9) Snowy with The Kings and Queens-Richard III, Victoria, Henry VIII, Mary Queen of Scots, Mary I and Elizabeth 1.
10) Denzil and Dudley with Team GB for the London 2012 London Olympics
I love book marks. Have a bunch of them. I keep meaning to hang a display case with my favorites in it.
ReplyDeleteMine are kept in an Amazon cardboard box which is pretty much full so I'll need another plan soon! A display case is a good idea if you have space for it.

ReplyDeleteIt took about two hours to get ten useable shots! The light was poor and causing distortions and my boys were fidgeting around and getting bored! My boys say hi too!
DeleteI love the bookmarks! I still haven't even unpacked mine from the move in March. Ugh!
ReplyDeleteMy house permanantly looks like a house move is going on and has done for about ten years! It's such a mess and I really need to get some of this stuff out of the house and to the dump or charity shops! But it's just so much work isn't it! Double ugh!

ReplyDeleteYes, these are amongst my favourites too! I'd like to get Henry VII and Edward VI to sort of complete The Tudors but I haven't visited the right castles yet to get them!

ReplyDeleteIt brightens up the blog a bit to do something a bit different though it can be time consuming! My children behaved very well during the model session! I love my Game of Thrones set and would like to get more of them. At least I have Tyrion!

I try to use up my dull boring ones in my actual books and keep my good ones nice and undamaged. It kind of defeats the purpose of them being bookmarks but I like keeping my good bookmarks pristine!
DeleteI love that you have actual bookmarks! I always mean to, but end up using old shopping receipts or folded scrap paper. I have two real bookmarks at the moment, but both are paper and so dog-eared that I don't think they'll last much longer
ReplyDeleteThey do fall apart after some frenzied reading don't they! That's why I use my free advertising bookmarks-I stock up at the library once a year if I remember!

ReplyDeleteThat is a lot of bookmarks! We've already established I'm a book monster of the dog earring variety, so thankfully I stick mostly to ebooks, but I do like your bat bookmark!
