This is how I blog every day to you guys. The lamp is an imitation Tiffany Lamp with purple, green, gold and brown glass segments. It just gives off enough light to type without causing a headache! The Wolf Lamp beside it is a touch button one that sends the wolf through colour changes including purple, green, blue and red. It is really gorgeous to look at!
My new mouse mat is a death skull design with lots of great colours but I do also have this other one for when I'm in a really grumpy mood!
Just behind the wolf is my elf sprite pen holder. Here is a better close up of it. I love this guy! He is called Greensleeves. I have an identical one upstairs called Crannog and my dad has one called Treebeard. Yes our inspirations came from Henry VIII, LOTR and Westeros!
For anyone wondering about the framed photo it is the old Manhattan skyline at night. The reflections from the glass made it impossible to get a photo but this is the exact framed photo I have that is from someone else's house by the look of it! I found it on Google Images.
Cool set-up! I do my blogging on a laptop surrounded by books. I have a desk, but there’s pretty much nothing on it except for the computers.

DeleteI love your computer area. I need to buy a new muse pad. Mine is old and starting to look it. I converted a small kitchen table into my computer table and put a small bench seat on top of it to act as a shelf for my lamp, skulls and fake plants.
ReplyDeleteI seem to go through mouse mats like nobody's business-they all seem to curl up at the edges for no real reason! Skulls always seem to fit well with computers!

I have so many lists and paperwork and stuff for my blogging use that I need to contain the chaos in one area! Mind you, being in a campervan is a good way to keep things tidy!

I love the colours on my wolf light. I actually bought it for my bedroom but when I got it, it only has a USB connection so I have to use it by the computer downstairs. Your blogging area sounded relaxing-hope your new space will be good!

ReplyDeleteBarb says that the elf thing is actually a Groot from the Guardians of the Galaxy films which I haven't seen yet! I had to look up a groot to find out what it was!
DeleteAwesome! I love the Stark banner and the cozy little fire you got there, looks warm and comfy. :) And love the lamp too, I have one that's similar but with a different design obviously. I like that they're not super bright.

ReplyDeleteIt didn't always look so good! It's been moved about all over the place until we got it into a settled area! It's a small alcove in the wall beside the fire so it gets a bit of heat without feeling like a furnace!

ReplyDeleteI don't have a specific blogging area. My laptop goes wherever I go, my lap my desk. More often than not, I'm half lying on the sofa while tapping away.
