Welcome to my Sunday Reading Roundup! This feature will show exactly what I've been reading and DNFing through the week.
This was a good week for reading! 11 books! 1 DNF! I caught up with one of the series (As The World Dies by Rhiannon Frater) I needed to be reading which was satisfying as I was lagging a bit on that challenge. What did you read this week?
DNF
Wow, you did have a good book week. I read 4 this week but I liked most of them.
ReplyDeleteI've been reading like crazy this week! I hope I can keep this up all summer!
DeleteGreat reading! But too bad, Terror Birds has such a great cover!
ReplyDeleteIt had a lot of potential but the characters were awful!
DeleteOoh what did you think of Annihilation? And The Lonesome Dead looks awesome.
ReplyDeleteTerror Birds- oh no DNF!!
I reviewed it in full on the blog last week. The Lonesome Dead was ok but nothing special. I don't mind DNFs-it gets the pile down quicker...
Delete11 books! I'm super impressed! I'm trying to get back into my reading routines so my numbers are not particularly fantastic but one day soon they'll be better!
ReplyDeleteIt was a very good week and I found time for a lot of reading.
DeleteI read the first book in Frater's series but I am not sure if I want to continue or not. I liked the premise but hated one of the main characters. You had a great reading week!
ReplyDeleteI hated Jenni in book one-so whiny, clingy and never wanting Katie to move on in her life. It did put me off reading the trilogy-but book two was very good and Jenni was ok in it!
DeleteEek, that's a heckuva reading week! Good job. :)
ReplyDeleteI felt really motivated this week and was reading in the mornings as well as at night!
DeleteWow! Good week for you. My husband was off for 4 days so that slowed mine down some.

My dad insists on talking to me about what is on the TV when I'm trying to read which can be frustrating at times!
DeleteI've read several of Frater's books. I really need to finish her Last Bastion series.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed the first Bastion book and I look forward to reading the next one!
