Stacking the Shelves is a meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews
Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! Click on the link under the book to find its page on Goodreads or Smashwords.

note that I always leave a

This application will be able to:
*Read Tweets from your timeline.
*See who you follow, and follow new people.
*Update your profile.
*Post Tweets for you.
I'm noticing that some blogs set with Google Plus are trying to force you to open a Google Plus or Facebook account before you can leave a comment. Well, I have no interest in rejoining Google Plus or joining Facebook so if your blog uses this set up, I won't be following it or commenting! And sometimes, I have problems leaving messages on blogs hosted by Wordpress-they try to block me so there might not be a message from me some weeks or you might get a double message sometimes! Blame them, not me but I will persevere as it only happens the odd time!

Gah what a week. More constipation issues which thankfully a visit to the doctor for medication seems to be fixing but I'm fed up being tired all the time as it's really affecting my reading! HATE IT! I treated myself to new pillows so that has helped me with the not sleeping issue so maybe by the time the weekend is over I'll be getting back to normal. I certainly hope so! I've been doing some reading but progress has been slower than I'd have liked and the books themselves have been hard going with dreaded info dumps. Not a great reading week overall so more effort is required.
I've had to treat myself to a few books just to cheer myself up of course (as you do) and I got my dad The Walking Dead PS4 game for his birthday on Thursday so he'll be shooting zombies next week. He's also raving about a South Korean zombies on a train film that he watched called Train to Busan so if you like that kind of thing, he recommends it!

COLOURING BOOKS:
Sorry you're still not better! That really sucks :(
ReplyDeleteHappy reading, though! I hope those books cheer you up :)
Hope this week is a better week health-wise <3
Amy @ A Magical World Of Words
I hope the books aren't rubbish! I need a few good reads this week! I'm cheering myself up with a tbr book cull, looking through reviews to see what each book is like before deciding to keep it on tbr or delete it!
DeleteThanks for your kind words Amy-I really appreciate it!
...That colouring book looks so cute. I haven't been doing them much lately, but... tempting.
ReplyDeleteSucks about the bad reading week. May next week be better!
You just have to love cute bears! It's gorgeous! The same author has done a dog book and a cat book so lots of cute options...Oh I hope I read something good this week! I need it! One more week like this and it'll be Harry Potter reread time!
DeleteI hope you start feeling better really soon! That sounds miserable.
ReplyDeleteThat coloring book is super adorable! Hope you have a great week!
I got a surprise diagnosis this morning. I wrote about it in another post today. At least I know what's happening but no quick fix. *sulks*
DeleteOn the bright side, the bears in the book are so cute!
Sorry you’re still not feeling well. I hope you get better soon. That coloring book is really cute. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteAj @ Read All The Things!
The bears are adorable! I can't wait to colour all their cute outfits! There is one for dogs and one for cats too!
DeleteI started reading Max Gladstone, but put it down and haven't been compelled to pick it back up. Not a bad read, but it felt somewhat dry.
ReplyDeleteIt's not my usual kind of read so I'm a bit unsure how I'll find it. It does sound intriguing though.
DeleteSo glad that you got the A Million Bears Coloring Book. I hope you love it. It's an adorable book. Coloring Books are wonderful. Get better soon.
ReplyDeleteGrace @ Books of Love
It is so cute! I really want to get started on it soon. I love bears!
DeleteOh man, doctors and medications, two things that can mess up anyone's week. :/ I'm glad you treated yourself to new pillows though. :D
ReplyDeleteI love the Bears coloring book! I seem to accumulate so many coloring books and yet, I never have the time to color them. -_- I need to start bringing them to class with me!
Thanks for visiting my blog! I hope you have a great week. =)
Alyssa @ The Eater of Books!
I'm the same with colouring books...I have about 20 but never seem to find time to just sit down and get colouring. I always feel I need to be reading!
DeleteCryers looks freaky and Train to Busan sounds fun! Hope you're feeling better...
ReplyDeleteCryers is next on the reading list when I find some energy. My dad is raving about Train to Busan on a daily basis so I guess he's hinting at me buying him the dvd...
DeleteOh I love seeing coloring books! I want so many of them but then I worry I would ruin them lol
ReplyDeleteI'm not the greatest with colour coordination and my hands do shake a bit sometimes so I'm not the greatest at colouring but I would like to do more of it. Good excuse to colour cute pandas, koalas and polar bears!
DeleteI loved Train to Busan. Going to re-watch the DVD version now that it is out. Feel better!
ReplyDeleteYou always need some zombies in your life!
DeleteI love the Craft sequence books! I still have to catch up with the last one though :) I hope you'll enjoy Three Parts Dead!
ReplyDelete~Mogsy @ BiblioSanctum
It's outside my normal reading tastes but I'm curious and sometimes trying something different is fun!
DeleteFeel better, Chuckles!!
ReplyDeleteBooks to cheer one up is a must. And it can be used for any and all situations.
I hope next week will be better!
Lexxie @ (un)Conventional Bookviews
I get the feeling I might be buying quite a few books to cheer myself up over the next few weeks!
DeleteI heard about that film, sounds good fun!! That colouring book is so cute!
ReplyDeleteI don't generally like foreign films but I might take a look at it as I do love zombies. I love the colouring book!
DeleteWhat an adorable coloring book. I love it. Some of the books your grabbed look good as well. Can't wait to see your new purchases!
ReplyDeleteThere is a dog colouring book by the same author-lots of them to colour!
DeleteI think I own it - haha. I forgot to mention that we've seen that movie your Dad was talking about and we enjoyed it as well.
DeleteOf course you do! *grins*
DeleteI hope you are feeling better soon! I hope your dad had a great birthday as well. Enjoy your new books!
ReplyDeleteThanks Carole! I'm taking things easy and self medicating!
DeleteUgh. I can definitely understand why you didn't feel like reading. Hope the medication really helps and you can quite dealing with that and get back to reading. Thanks for visiting my Sunday Post earlier!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome Lisa! I'm still struggling to read and I seem to be picking books I'm not enjoying. Gah!
